Easy to teach, and I LOVE the open trading. One of the first games I got, and still one of my favorites. The table talk during trading is what makes this game.

Absolutely the best party game if you want to laugh. The Title Recall version is so much less intimidating to players than the regular one with people's names.

Super easy and great for large groups, especially with kids. I've used it at my kids birthday and class parties with great success. To really speed up the game, replace the in/out cards with a red and green plastic gem or button for each player. Then they just open their hand to reveal which one they choose and it's obvious at a glance. Lay them down on the table when you're out.

My favorite party and trivia game. I love how the answers are all things that nobody is ever going to know anyways, so no one feels like they can't compete. And all the questions are so interesting that they provoke a lot of discussion. I prefer the non-betting rules of the family/party edition with the questions from the original.

I like this better than the original Animal upon Animal for playing with smaller kids. It's less about not knocking the animals down (although that still happens) and more about where in the stack you put them to achieve your secret goal cards.

Really unique and fun. Works great even with little kids. Impressive game to introduce new people.

This has really grown on me the more I've played it. My boys love the theme and that alone makes it worth it. But the secret is really to learn how to combo the cards and not just buy whatever you can afford. I actually really enjoy playing this solo as well.

Really improves the base game masterminds and art.

It's really the exact same game as legendary, just playing from the villain's point of view. It adds a couple concepts that improve the base and that are mostly compatible with it. But it's really annoying that it uses totally different terminology than all the other expansions.

I really liked the shard tokens. It adds something different instead of just more of the same like the other expansions.

Good improvements over the previous version. I especially like that players can play almost simultaneously.

Definitely the weakest expansion, but the rating is for the game as a whole. I think Matriarch and Chairman are just broken and no fun to fight - way to fiddly.

One of my boy's favorite games. The theme and art are really great. It is pretty fiddly, but an app to help track hit points helps and as long as one player is sort of "in charge" of making sure all the villain/environment stuff triggers then it works pretty well. The theme is what really makes this game for me. If I had to judge it on the mechanics alone, it would probably only be a 6.

Probably my groups favorite game to end the night. Totally replaced the game "Bang!" for me. The hidden roles work really well, and you really have to spend time figuring out who your teammates are. Plus it plays fast enough that we'll often just deal out two sets of roles and play it twice. The only down side is that it's a little harder to teach new players, since each neutral role is totally unique - and if they don't understand them all before you deal them out then they won't be able to ask questions without giving themselves away.

Liar's Dice. There's definitely strategy to this game, and it doesn't necessarily involve lying.

The game is just ok, since the face of the die matters more than the dexterity it's hard to be "good" at it. But there is no game that is cooler looking. People will want to play just looking at it.

Really fun and quick speed matching game that I enjoy just as much as my kids. Easy to handicap adults when playing with younger children by either making the adult find both the child's match and their own, or just waiting 5 - 10 seconds before starting to look.

My wife and I REALLY enjoy this as a two player game. It takes practice with the same group of players to get good (assuming you don't allow cheating with your voice inflections). The only problem is that my wife and I are good enough with each other now (we only play with the rainbow cards anymore) that it can be frustrating to play with other people.

I don't know why, but this game just works really well for my family. I actually enjoy this a lot more than Incan Gold (which I love). The only downside is the lower player count.

It's not the perfect Star Trek game, but it's probably the best that's out there. I personally think the Klingons are at a slight disadvantage, but my wife and I really enjoy it.

Several of the modules are great and I'll always use them. Many I'll never play with. But I guess that's the point of a modular expansion.

Fun for the small kids. Since it's all audio and no reading is required even really young kids can play with you. The 3 difficulty modes are great for varying it for different ages, and to really make it harder don't allow anyone to write anything down.

Classic push your luck game. I enjoy the digital version more than the physical (it just plays so much faster), but the stop sign board is really cool.

If you like Pandemic, then you'll love this. An amazing experience. Really works best with 4 characters though. I don't love the fact that you can only play it through once, but in our 18 or so plays my wife and I certainly got much more entertainment out of it than the same amount of money spent at the movie theater.

The best game for small children (as young as 2 or 3) that you'll still enjoy playing yourself. And the kids have just as good as chance at winning as you do since their little fingers seem to be able to pull the boulders out of that bowl so much easier. For the smallest kids, make the decision of whether to flip a tile for them, and just tell them which color boulder to get - they'll still love it.

Re-implementation of the original. I think this theme is much more fun for kids. There are a couple very minor rules tweaks that can add a tiny bit more complication (the mummy), but I think they make it better for all but the youngest kids. And you can always just play without the mummy anyways.

Beautiful, and really fun. Uses programming like robo rally (but better), and fully cooperative. This would be a 10 if it played more people, and was easier to just pull out and play without going through the campaign.

I think this is the best escape room style game I have ever played at this point. The story was interesting, there was a lot of content, and I absolutely love how the app shows you exactly how many cards you need to find before you'll be able to solve each puzzle.

Super simple and easy to teach Yahtzee style dice game. Everyone I've ever taught this likes it.

Adds evolutions to the base game. We may leave them out for a game with new players, but otherwise we will always play with them. We also allow each player to start with one random evolution.

The costumes and new gift evolutions are a bit fiddly. But it's worth it just to have more characters to choose from.

Adapters that take it up to 6 players make it even better.

Quick simple bluffing game. I love that there's one loser and everyone else wins.

It's a very basic deck builder, and not nearly as interesting as Marvel Legendary. But sometimes quick and simple is what you want. And superheros are always a hit at my house.

I use a variant from the forums where there are 2 lineups using both base game stacks separately. It works really well.

I love the thematic feel of the new co-op mode much better than the base game. I hate how crazy long the game takes in this new mode - it's fast play was one of it's best features.
I combine both base sets, use half the number of villians/crisis, and draw 4 cards per turn instead of 1. The active player gets to pick 1 of the 4 to add to the lineup. If there's a villain then you have to pick it if it's stronger than any other villains currently in the lineup. This speeds up the game, while keeping the difficulty about the same.

It's a pain to teach new players because of all the card symbols, but I love it. It's great how it doesn't really take any longer with 7 players than it does with 3.

We don't use it in learning games, but with player who already know how to play we always include them.

Not as good as Leaders, but still good. Just adds more types of cards, but there were already so many symbols to remember that a few more don't really hurt.

All the expansions are really overkill, but they give it an amazing amount of variety and there are a few really good ones.

I really like the stations. We don't really play cutthroat, but often you just get blocked anyways and it can be frustrating to have no way to complete a big ticket. The stations fix that.

Not as important as the USA 1910, but more tickets are nice. I've still never used the Depots.

Legendary Asia is fine, but the team game is the reason to get this expansion. Really adds a new twist to the game.

One of the original cooperative games and still one of the easiest to get new gamers to play because of the theme. You have to be careful to not tell new players what to do when they are learning. You'll probably lose, but they'll have more fun.

The new roles alone make it worth it. But my wife loves the petri dishes.
